Dear students and future students of TU Berlin!
Suddenly there are lots of changes for you as a result of the coronavirus. The lecture period will start later and exams are postponed. And it’s not clear when you’ll be able to return to the University and finally get to know your fellow students or see your friends again. This can trigger feelings such as loneliness, anxiety, stress and loss of control.
We from Psychological Counseling and the Academic Advising Service would like to offer a few tips to help you get through this time. We’d like to point out that these are a collection of personal tips and ideas from the team. How should I deal with suddenly having so much time? What if I feel alone and am not allowed to leave my apartment? How can I best structure my everyday life? How do I study at home as well as I can?
During this time, nobody should feel alone, but this is something we will get through too. MOST IMPORTANT: We’re here for you! Send us an email (see contact details in the service box on the right) and we’ll arrange a phone appointment if needed. So please don’t be shy about contacting us!
